2024 Coroporate Board Election
The information previously posted on this site about the Dixie Springs ACC Transition Meeting on March 19, 2024, was inaccurate. The original report was written without oversight, allowing the author to control the narrative without accountability.
The meeting itself lasted only three minutes before it was adjourned. The majority of former board members walked out after the newly elected members refused to sign newly crafted agreements designed to silence them. These agreements were part of an unwritten policy requiring board members to sign before they could attend meetings, vote, or access documents. However, the documents contained provisions that stripped members of their individual voices, including a clause stating that all decisions—regardless of disagreement—would be presented publicly as unanimous. The newly elected members recognized this as an attempt to suppress dissent and refused to comply.
It was later revealed that the legal committee had drafted the foundation of these documents and sent them to their attorney for finalization. In total, ten different versions of these two agreements were created. The final versions were particularly punitive, further confirming that they were designed to control the board rather than facilitate fair governance.
Despite transition meetings historically taking place within 24 to 48 hours of an election, the former board members—especially those on the legal committee—delayed this one for three weeks. This gave them ample time to craft these restrictive agreements in an effort to maintain their grip on power. The newly elected members’ refusal to sign ultimately exposed this unlawful attempt to silence and manipulate the board, ensuring that fair governance could be restored.
